The defendant's motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 18 ) is granted, and the plaintiff's claims against the defendant are dismissed with prejudice. The Court retains jurisdiction to consider the Order to Show Cause (Dkt. No. 27) and to determine whether sanctions should be imposed in this case. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the case.
