Order on Motion for Disbursement of Funds
ORDER: Granting in part 183 "Motion for Disbursement of Funds." The Clerk has informed the court that the account currently has a balance of $3,831.43 (plus interest, less applicable fees). The Clerk shall disburse that balance to the person identified in the motion. In this sense, the motion is granted in part. At this point, all the funds deposited in court will have been disbursed as requested by plaintiffs. See, Docket Nos. 158 & 170 (motions for disbursement); 161 & 173 (orders granting motions).
