NOTICE AND ORDER by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato: The Court is in receipt of the Notice of Dismissal filed by Plaintiff Elizabeth Salas. Dkt.24. However, Defendants Himagine Solutions, LLC and OMH-HealthEdge Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Omega Healthcare Management Services have filed an Answer in this matter, see dkt. 1, Ex. B, requiring a "stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared" under Federal Rule Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). The Court, therefore, construes the Notice as a Motion for Voluntary Dismissal and will provide the other appearing parties an opportunity to object. The case will be dismissed, and the matter will be closed if no objection is received within ten (10) days of this Order. Alternatively, the parties may file a stipulation of dismissal, signed by all parties, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). IT IS SO ORDERED.
