ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION MOTION: This Court has reviewed the Joint Motion for Extension of Discovery & PTO Deadlines, ECF 32 . The motion is hereby GRANTED. Expert disclosures are now due October 30, 2026. Any dispositive motions must be filed by November 13, 2026. A joint status report (to include proposed trial and pretrial conference dates and all pretrial filing deadlines) is due fourteen (14) days after this Court rules on any dispositive motions. If no dispositive motions are filed, a jointly proposed pretrial schedule must be filed by November 30, 2026. There have been multiple case management deadline extensions already granted in this case. As this Court has noted, ECF 28 and ECF 26, and the parties have acknowledged in their motion, further extensions may be denied absent extraordinary circumstances.
