MINUTE ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion [# 14 ] is GRANTED. Defendants' deadline to file a response to the Complaint is extended to August 5, 2026. The Scheduling Conference in this matter is vacated and reset to September 3, 2026, commencing at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom A-501, Fifth Floor, Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse, 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado 80294. The Scheduling Conference will be held concurrently with the scheduling conference in related case Aurora Organic Dairy, LLC v. Rollins, No. 26-cv-01748-PAB-KAS. All related deadlines are also vacated and reset to instead apply as set forth below. The Court additionally notes that the instructions contained in Judge Chung's May 4, 2026 Minute Order [# 10 ] are superseded by the instructions set forth below. No later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the Scheduling/Planning Conference, counsel and pro se parties shall submit their proposed Scheduling Order in compliance with the Court's Electronic Case Filing Procedures, which are also available on the Court's website.
