This case is before the Court on the Suggestion of Bankruptcy for QVC Group, Inc. and Certain of its Affiliates and Notice of Automatic Stay of Proceedings filed on May 1, 2026 by Plaintiff Julie Dalton 6 . Plaintiff advises the Court that the case is automatically stayed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 362. Accordingly, this case is STAYED. The parties are directed to file a status update regarding the bankruptcy proceeding on December 1, 2026, or within 10 days after the bankruptcy proceedings no longer mandate an automatic stay, whichever comes sooner.
