ORDER. The Court is in receipt of ECF No. 277 Report of Rule 26(f) Planning Meeting. To help facilitate a productive discussion at the 9/29/2026 in-person discovery conference, the parties are on notice that 1) discovery will proceed now; 2) the Court is not inclined to accept the questionnaire approach; and 3) the parties' initial disclosures should be as complete as possible at this stage. Given the ages of the cases, the extensive motion practice in this and other cases, and the Court's 6/11/2026 conference, the parties should be in a position to produce thoroughly prepared initial disclosures.
