Order on Motion for Leave to Restrict
ORDER by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on August 11, 2026. This matter is before the court on Plaintiffs' 91 Motion for Leave to Restrict Access to Exhibits to Renewed Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. Pursuant to the Local Rules of Practice, "A document subject to a motion to restrict shall be filed as a restricted document and shall be subject to restriction until the motion is determined by the court." See D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.2(e). Plaintiffs did not file the documents they seek to restrict contemporaneously with their Motion. This court therefore is unable to evaluate whether the criteria set forth in D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.2(c) are satisfied. Accordingly, Plaintiffs' 91 Motion is DENIED without prejudice.
Plaintiffs are directed to file the subject document/pleading under the requested level of restriction contemporaneously with a Motion for Leave to Restrict setting forth any applicable criteria in support of its motion. If the restricted document is proposed as an exhibit to a pleading which would otherwise be unrestricted, a placeholder exhibit shall be filed, and the restricted entry filed separately.
