Discussion had. While agreement reached concerning injunctive relief language, policy not yet implement due to understandable but unforeseen delay in resolving other issues, including attorney fees. Defendants report anticipated internal push to resolve as soon as possible.
Court expects agreed upon injunctive relief to be implement within 30 days. If not done so by 9/21/2026, Court to consider Plaintiffs request to set litigation schedule.
To monitor status, the Court sets a Telephone Conference for 9/25/2026 at 9:15 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Trader. No submissions required.
