   TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's submissions relating to his appeal from this Court's Order on February 11, 2026. (ECF Nos. 109-10). Plaintiff avers that he mailed a Notice of Appeal to the Clerk of the Court in Trenton on February 22, 2026, which was purportedly received on February 25, 2026. (See ECF No. 109). Although Plaintiff's filing fee was received by the Clerk, the Notice of Appeal was either not received or not entered on the docket. In light of Plaintiff's pro se status and in the interest of justice, Plaintiff's Notice of Appeal shall be deemed filed, nunc pro tunc, on February 26, 2026, the date that his filing fee was received. The Clerk's office is directed to file the Notice of Appeal submitted with his April 22, 2026 correspondence (ECF No. 109) and transmit to the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. Plaintiff shall send all future filings to the Camden vicinage where his case is pending and whose address is: Mitchell H. Cohen Building & U.S. Courthouse, 4th and Cooper Streets, Camden, NJ 08101.
