Order
STANDING ORDER: The parties in this action have inundated the Court, and the special master, with a flood of filings. The parties are hereby put on notice that the obligations of Dondi Props. Corp. v. Commerce Savs. & Loan Assn, 121 F.R.D. 284 (N.D. Tex. 1988) (en banc) (per curiam) apply in this case. Going forward the Court hereby ORDERS that all objections to any Findings and Conclusions SHALL be expedited. Any party wishing to object SHALL file its objection no later than 4 days after the special master order. The other party may respond no later than 3 days after the objection. The objecting party may reply no later than 2 days after the response. All objections, responses, and replies SHALL be limited to a maximum of 15 pages.
