Arranging this many parties makes it problematic to pursue the matter on an expedited basis. The more moving parts (and lawyers, and claims, and defenses, and pleadings) a case has, the more difficult it is to pursue quickly. Plaintiff may engage prompt service of the complaint to move matters along. Plaintiff may then seek to achieve a shorter schedule in Plaintiff's conference to submit a case management report, and if the parties cannot agree on timing after the conference, they are free to submit their preferred dates to the Court.
