ORDER granting in part and denying in part Plaintiff's 28 Motion for Partial Summary Judgment as outlined within this Order; denying Defendant's 29 Motion for Summary Judgment; awarding Plaintiff the undisputed total amount of unpaid monthly storage charges (with interest) that it requested in its Complaint, as specified within this Order; CTI may file a motion for summary judgment, if it believes it is entitled to recover damages (through summary judgment) for the breaches occurring after the filing of the Complaint within twenty one days of the date of this Order.
