Stipulation and Order of Voluntary Dismissal
STIPULATION OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties and their respective counsel that the above-captioned action brought by Plaintiff Floyd Mayweather, Jr. ("Mayweather") against Defendants Daniel Geiger ("Geiger") and Insider, Inc. ("Insider") is voluntarily dismissed as to Defendants Geiger and Insider with prejudice pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), with each side bearing its own fees and costs. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that the above-captioned counterclaims brought by Counterclaim Plaintiffs Geiger and Insider against Counterclaim Defendant Mayweather are voluntarily dismissed with prejudice pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), with each side bearing its own fees and costs.
