ORDER Re ECF Nos. 46 , 49 . On July 8, 2026, I held a conference of counsel with Attorneys Braden, Szczepaniak, Smith, Swaim, Altieri, and Wahrer regarding the remaining issues laid out in ECF No. 47 . After hearing from the parties, I ORDER the following: (1) The parties shall meet and confer to discuss the scope of inquiry for the remaining depositions and by July 20, 2026, the parties shall file a joint status report regarding any remaining disputes related to the depositions. In their status report, the parties shall include a list of the remaining disputes, along with a brief statement of each party's position. (2) Discovery is reopened until September 8, 2026, to allow the parties to take the remaining depositions. The Court will enter a procedural order setting the deadlines for the noticed motion for summary judgment, and after any pending motions are ruled on, the Court will schedule a conference of counsel to discuss the special assignment of trial dates.
