Order on Motion to Exclude
ORDER On January 1, 2026, this Court revised its Standing Order for Civil Cases. As of January 1, the deadline to file Rule 702 Motions is the same as the date for the Final Pretrial Conference. The Final Pretrial Conference will be set after a ruling has been made on all dispositive motions. See SKC Standing Order Civ. § E(2).
Defendants have filed two Rule 702 Motions to Exclude as follows: (1) Defendants' Motion to Exclude Testimony of Plaintiff's Expert Patrick Kelley [Dkt. 78]; and (2) Defendants' Motion to Exclude Testimony of Plaintiff's Expert Sarah Will. Based on the revised Standing Order, these Motions are DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Defendant will be permitted to refile their Motions on the date of the Final Pretrial Conference.
