The administrative recommendations of Epiq Class Action and Claims Solutions, Inc. ("Epiq" or "Claims Administrator"), the Court-appointed Claims Administrator, to accept the Proof of Claim and Release forms, including the late but otherwise eligible Proofs of Claim, listed in Exhibit B-2 to the Declaration of Yaakov Tribuch in Support of Motion for Distribution of the Net Settlement Fund (the "Tribuch Declaration"), are hereby APPROVED. 3.
