ORDER - This matter is before the Court on the District Judge's July 22, 2026 Order 1677 . Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties shall attend an in-person conference before United States Magistrate Judge Ivan D. Davis on August 25, 2026, in Alexandria Courtroom 301, to resolve, or otherwise streamline, or come to an agreement on as many of the issues as possible in advance of trial. It is further ORDERED that the parties are required to meet and confer either in-person or telephonically no later than August 11, 2026, to resolve as many of the issues prior to the August 25, 2026 conference. It is further ORDERED that, no later than August 14, 2026, the parties shall file a joint status report explaining the outcome of the parties' required meet and confer, explaining what issues have been resolved between the parties and what issues will need to be discussed during the August 25, 2026 conference.
