TEXT ORDER: The plaintiffs and Endurance American Specialty Insurance Company have filed a joint motion to dismiss this action without prejudice. The plaintiffs and Endurance also ask the Court to retain jurisdiction to address issues that may arise in the implementation of the settlement. (Doc. 94 ). The Court grants the motion and dismisses this case without prejudice. The Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the settlement agreement. Magistrate Judge Herman N. Johnson shall have dispositive jurisdiction over any "Joint Motion for Resolution of Objection" brought pursuant to the settlement agreement. Because the plaintiffs' claims against the other named defendants already have been resolved, this order disposes of the case as to all parties.
