MINUTE entry before the Honorable Jeffrey I Cummings: The Court has reviewed the parties' joint status report 44 . The parties are proceeding with written discovery in adcance of the 11/30/26 fact discovery deadline. The parties' settlement negotiations are ongoing. The Court is also in receipt of plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings as to Count I 43 . By agreement of the parties, defendants shall respond by 8/21/26 and plaintiff shall reply by 9/4/26. The Court will review the parties' submissions and will either issue a ruling by mail or set a hearing if appropriate. By 9/9/26, the parties shall file a joint status report setting forth what additional discovery has been completed, what discovery remains, whether any discovery disputes require the Court's attention, and the status of their settlement negotiations.
