Order
ORDER. The Court is in receipt of the parties' first joint status report, ECF No. 98 , which also contains a request by Plaintiff for an extension of the current discovery deadline by sixty days to "review the existing record, supplemental discovery responses where appropriate, and conduct discovery efficiently." While any request for an extension of time must be made by separate motion pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 7(b), the Court will nevertheless consider Plaintiff's request, and denies it without prejudice to seeking the relief at a later point in the litigation. The Court does not find sufficient good cause at this juncture to extend discovery, given the ample time available before the expiration of the current deadline on September 14, 2026. ECF No. 70 . Should Plaintiff require more time as discovery continues to progress, she may file a motion for extension of the deadline at the appropriate time. Signed by Judge Sarala V. Nagala on 6/16/2026.(sd)
