All counsel of record for Plaintiffs A.P., Er.T., R.S., F.T., G.D.L., R.B.E., R.N., Ri.C., and Rom.B are hereby terminated.
It is further ORDERED that withdrawing counsel shall file a notice with the Court with all current contact information for Plaintiffs A.P., Er.T., F.S., F.T., G.D.L., R.B.E., R.N., Ri.C., and Rom.B. known to withdrawing counsel. To the extent such contact information must be restricted, the filing shall be accompanied by a motion to restrict that complies with the local rules.

Order on Motion to Stay Order on Motion to Amend/Correct/Modify
MINUTE ORDER: This matter is before the Court on the parties' Joint Motion to Amend Scheduling Order and Stay Discovery Pending Order on Motion to Dismiss. ECF No. 98 . For good cause shown, and after consideration of the factors enunciated in String Cheese Incident, LLC v. Stylus Shows, Inc., No. 02-cv-01934-LTB-PA, 2006 WL 894955, at *2 (D. Colo. Mar. 30, 2006), the parties' Joint Motion To Stay, ECF No. 98 , is GRANTED. A stay will not prejudice the plaintiffs, who do not oppose the motion, will avoid burdening the parties with the costs of litigating, promotes judicial economy and efficiency, has no impact on nonparties, and is in the public interest. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the case is STAYED pending resolution of the defendants' motion to dismiss. It is further ORDERED that, if claims remain after that resolution, within thirty days of the defendants answering the operative complaint, the parties shall confer regarding a revised discovery schedule and submit a proposed amended scheduling order to the Court.
