This redlined version of the proposed Amended Complaint must clearly indicate the changes, deletions, and additions that were made to the Complaint [Dkt. No. 12]. However, for the Court to adequately consider the Motion, the Court must have the proposed Amended Complaint in its possession to evaluate it according to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15.
