ORAL ORDER: The Court, having reviewed the parties’ Joint Interim Status Report, (D.I. 128 ), hereby ORDERS as follows: With regard to Juniper’s request that all existing case deadlines (other than those relating to the upcoming claim construction hearing) be adjourned until there are court decisions on certain pending issues, (id. at 2), that request is DENIED. To the extent that certain claims (i.e., those relating to two of the patents-in-suit) are currently out of the case in light of the Court’s prior decision, (id.), the Court would support staying the case as to those claims only, were Juniper to seek that relief. To the extent that Juniper thinks that discovery disputes or pending claim construction decisions may put some pressure on the current case schedule, it can (as Plaintiff has suggested) work with Plaintiff to craft modest alterations to the schedule to account for this, (id. at 4), while keeping the current trial date. The Court will otherwise work to provide decisions on the discovery disputes and claim construction disputes promptly. Ordered by Judge Christopher J. Burke on 09/28/2026. (sam)
