Order Dismissing Case
ORDER DISMISSING CASE: For the reasons set forth in the Courts April 20, 2020, Memorandum and Order, White's claims against Justia and Stanley are dismissed without prejudice. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 428, 44445 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment for defendants Justia and Stanley and to mail a copy of this Memorandum and Order and the Judgment to the pro se plaintiff. (Taronji, Robert)

Order on Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis
MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attache Order, White's Privacy Act claims are dismissed with prejudice against all defendants and Whites right of publicity claims against Justia and Stanley are dismissed with leave to amend. The United States Marshals Service is respectfully directed to serve plaintiff's complaint and a copy of this order on the remaining two defendants, MyLife and Tinsley, without prepayment of fees. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Order and the docket sheet to White and to note the mailing on the docket. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v.
