All prior court proceedings and orders.
Ruling:
Having carefully considered the merits of the instant Motion, within the context of the written submissions, applicable legal authority and arguments of counsel, for the reasons set forth during the hearing, the Court DENIES the Motion.
Ms. Swartzfager to submit proposed order within 7 days to Trader_Orders@hid.uscourts.gov .
The Court CONFIRMS the Rule 16 Scheduling Conference on 9/29/2026 at 9:15 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Trader. Scheduling Conference Statements are due 9/22/2026.
