Defendant seeks a second extension of time to file an answer or motion. In support, Defendant says that the parties continue to discuss settlement and have made "significant progress." The parties would like additional time to discuss settlement, and Plaintiff does not oppose the extension. The Court finds the motion well taken, and it is GRANTED.
