MINUTE ORDER (TEXT-ONLY): On August 14, 2026, the parties filed a Notice of Settlement in this purported class and representative action under the Private Attorneys General Act ("PAGA"). (Doc. 20 ). In light of the Notice of Settlement, the Court VACATES the Initial Scheduling Conference currently set for September 3, 2026 (Doc. 16 ). No later than 45 days from the date of this Order, the parties shall file a motion for preliminary approval of the proposed class and PAGA settlement, along with the proposed settlement agreement and supporting materials. The parties shall contemporaneously submit the proposed PAGA settlement to the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency. Defendants shall provide any notice required by 28 U.S.C. § 1715 within 10 days after filing the proposed settlement. Signed by Magistrate Judge Helena M. Barch-Kuchta on 8/17/2026.
