ORDER: On August 10, 2020, the Court issued an opinion granting Defendants' motion to dismiss the Amended Class Action Complaint. See Dkt. 61. In that opinion, the Court also granted Plaintiff leave to amend the complaint no later than September 11, 2020. See id. at 57. To date, Plaintiff has not done so. OPINION & ORDER re: 45 MOTION to Dismiss The Amended Complaint: For the reasons set forth above, Defendants' motion to dismiss the Amended Class Action Complaint is granted. In light of his request, the Court will, however, permit Plaintiff to amend the complaint to cure the deficiencies identified in this Opinion, to the extent he has a good faith basis to do so. Plaintiff's amended complaint, if any, shall be filed no later than September 11, 2020. If he chooses to amen d his complaint, Plaintiff shall also submit a redline demonstrating the changes between the current complaint and the new complaint, as well as a letter brief explaining why such changes should alter the Court's analysis.
