MINUTE ORDER. The Court has reviewed the parties' 72 Joint Status Report and Notice of Settlement and thanks the parties for their efforts to resolve this case without the Court's intervention. The Court hereby DEFERS ruling on MBIC and KIPP's respective 59 , 60 Motions for Judgment on the Pleadings until a stipulation of dismissal is filed, which the Court expects the parties to file on or before July 30, 2026, per the JSR.The Court further ORDERS the parties to contact the Courtroom Deputy, Chashawn White (chashawn_white@dcd.uscourts.gov), to schedule a status hearing the week of August 3, 2026. The purpose of this status hearing will be to discuss Ms. Perez's forthcoming motion for leave to file a counterclaim, pursuant to the Court's May 28, 2026, Minute Order.
