Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief
ORDER - Before the Court is the Receiver's Unopposed Motion for Permission to Destroy Certain Documents and Personal Property Pertaining to the Receivership ("Motion") (Doc. No. 366). No party has filed a response in or notice of opposition to this Motion. Having carefully considered the Motion, the Court finds that, in the interests of justice, the Motion should be and hereby is GRANTED.
Accordingly, the Court AUTHORIZES the Receiver to destroy those particular documents, files, records, and computers identified and stored pursuant to the Court's Order Governing Administration (Doc. No. 33), in the manner described in the Motion, and, further, the Court APPROVES such disposition. (Ordered by Judge Ed Kinkeade on 3/16/2026) (chmb)
