MEMORANDUM & ORDER: For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum & Order, Defendants' 30 motion to compel arbitration is granted and this case is stayed pending arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 3. Defendants' 30 motion to dismiss is moot because the merits of Plaintiffs' claims must be adjudicated in arbitration. The parties are directed to inform the Court within one (1) week of any resolution of the arbitration proceedings, or of any other event that would affect the stay of this matter.
