Having reviewed all the documents and the argument in favor of sealing, the Court finds LNW Gaming meets its burden under Kamakana v. City & Cnty. of Honolulu, 447 F.3d 1172, 1179 (9th Cir. 2006).
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Amended Motions to Seal (ECF Nos. 275 , 284 , 285 ) are GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Exhibits appearing at ECF Nos. 261 , 264 , 280 , 281 , 282 , 283 are and shall remain sealed.
