   Order on Motion to Unseal Document

   ORDER denying Plaintiff's 156 Motion to Unseal. Plaintiff presents no basis for the Court to revisit its Order on motions to seal, ECF 129. Although the brief in question, ECF 123, is sealed from public view on the docket, Plaintiff should have received an unredacted copy from Defendants' counsel when the brief was first filed on 5/18/26. If she lacks a copy, she should request it from Defendants' counsel.
   
   Additionally, to the extent that Plaintiff alleges that the Court has "adjudicate[d] contested discovery disputes based on secret or ex parte evidence withheld from one party," ECF 156, she is mistaken. Any document that Defendants filed on the docket, whether subject to seal or not, should have been served on Plaintiff--if not, she should pursue copies from Defendants' counsel. The only documents that the Court reviewed ex parte are from the personnel files of comparators, which the Court reviewed in camera for the purpose of adjudicating Defendants' relevance and privacy objections to Plaintiff's RFP 8. See Order, ECF 155. (The Court also reviewed another set of documents in camera to evaluate confidentiality designations, but those documents had already been produced to Plaintiff during discovery.) Logically, the personnel file documents had to be reviewed ex parte so as not to destroy the asserted protection in the first instance, and the Court has since ordered Defendants to produce the portions that are properly discoverable.
