MINUTE ORDER: As discussed with the parties today during the discovery conference, it is hereby ORDERED that the following schedule shall govern further proceedings in this case: Plaintiff shall file his motion to compel discovery, which shall be no more than 7 pages in length, by August 14, 2026; Defendant shall file its combined cross-motion to compel and opposition to Plaintiff's motion, which shall be no more than 14 pages in length, by August 28, 2026; Plaintiff shall file his opposition to Defendant's motion and reply in support of his motion, which shall be no more than 12 pages in length, by September 11, 2026; and Defendant shall file its reply in support of its motion, which shall be no more than 5 pages in length, by September 18, 2026. Upon completion of the briefing, the Court will schedule a telephonic discovery conference at which it will resolve the above motions and extend the discovery period, after discussion with the parties.
