(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER SETTING PRETRIAL DEADLINES DKT. 240 ] by Judge John A. Kronstadt. The Court has reviewed the parties' July 22, 2026,Joint Report and sets the following deadlines: September 10, 2026 is the deadline to file joint reports regarding agreed upon private neutral. The last day to amend pleadings or add parties is due by July 1, 2027. The Expert Discovery cut-off is November 1, 2027. The Post Mediation Status Conference is set for July 19, 2027, at 11:30 a.m.. The Court grants the parties' request to participate in a settlement conference with a private neutral. If a settlement is reached, the parties are ordered to file a notice of settlement, with a proposed date by which the matter will be dismissed. No appearance will be required on July 19, 2027 if such notice is filed on or before July 9, 2027. If a notice of settlement is not filed, counsel shall file a joint report by July 9, 2027, regarding the status of settlement and whether a second session would be productive. IT IS SO ORDERED.
