Defendants also are directed to file by 9/15/2026 formal motion(s) concerning the outstanding discovery they seek, including the subjects of: (1) tire inspection protocol, (2) plaintiff's discovery responses, (3) obtaining plaintiff's therapy records, and (4) taking plaintiff's deposition including dates and location. Plaintiff's response to defendants forthcoming motion(s) is due by 9/29/026. Under Local Rule 26-3(c) no replies to those motions will be permitted unless requested by the court.
