ORDER re 59 MOTION for Extension of Time for Defendant to Take Plaintiff's Deposition and Resolve Certain Discovery Disputes filed by Lewis Tree Service, Inc. This matter is before the Court on its own motion. The plaintiff's time to respond to the defendant's motion for extension of time 59 is hereby shortened. The plaintiff shall respond by July 10, 2026. If the parties are able to resolve their disputes by consent, the Court will consider cancelling the in-person hearing scheduled for August 3, 2026.
