Judgment
FINAL JUDGMENT: The Court now enters final judgment pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 58(a). IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment and Permanent Injunction is GRANTED. Judgment is entered in favor of Liberty and against Williams on Counts I, II, III, IV, V, and VI of the Verified Complaint. Judgment is entered in favor of Liberty and against SmartFile on Counts III, IV, V, VI and VII of the Verified Complaint. Williams SHALL pay Liberty a total of $275,380.22 in monetary damages. Williams SHALL pay Liberty pre-judgment interest (from the date of termination on June 10, 2025) at a rate of 12% per annum, and post-judgment interest on the entire amount of the final judgment.
