TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Defendant's 02/10/25 Motion (ECF 216 ) appealing the 01/27/25 Order of Magistrate Judge Adams (ECF 209 ) administratively terminating Defendant's motion to modify the Special Master's Order at ECF 201 because there was a motion for reconsideration pending before the Special Master. Defendant's motion is DENIED without prejudice. Defendant's motion was not ripe for consideration at the time it was filed given the pending motion for reconsideration. Once the Special Master rules on the motion for reconsideration, if either party wishes to appeal this decision, it must first be appealed to the Magistrate Judge. Then, if either party objects to the Magistrate Judge's decision, a motion may be filed before the undersigned. So Ordered by Judge Michael E. Farbiarz on 4/8/2025. (ro, )
