NOTICE OF IMPENDING DISMISSAL: On June 5, 2025, Plaintiff Livingston International Inc. moved for entry of default pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55(a) against Defendant Livingston Logistics and Company LLC (Doc. 15), which the Clerk of Court granted the same day (Doc. 16). Plaintiff, however, has failed to request default judgment against Defendant as required by Rule 55(b). Accordingly, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this case will be dismissed for want of prosecution unless Plaintiff files a motion for default judgment under Rule 55(b) within 30 days of this Order.
