ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Defendants' Opposed Motion for Entry of an Order (1) Vacating Existing Complaint Response Deadlines and (2) Setting a Schedule for the Filing of a Consolidated Amended Complaint and Response Thereto, (Doc. 16 ). Defendants do not need to respond to the Complaints in either this matter or consolidated case CV-26-03114-PHX-SHD; the existing response deadlines are therefore vacated. The Court will set a deadline to file a consolidated complaint and for responses thereto after the appointment of interim class counsel. Therefore, Defendants' request regarding consolidated complaint deadlines is deemed premature. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Defendants' Motion for Entry of an Order (Doc. 16 ), is granted in part and denied in part. Ordered by Judge Sharad H. Desai on 6/24/2026. This is a TEXT ENTRY ONLY.
