Defendant's motion to stay discovery in Rizzati (DE 39 ) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE at this time.
Furthermore, the parties are directed to submit by 10/9/2026 one joint letter (limited to 6 pages) addressing (1) whether the Dancy-Wilkins discovery stay should remain in place, and (2) whether discovery should be stayed in Rizzati.
