Opinion of experts, reflected in the expert reports and other materials, in other litigation brought against Google, including parallel claims are not discoverable in this action. Plaintiffs are th e only parties with a burden of proof in the actions before this Court. When Google files its expert reports in these cases, it will need to comply with Rule 26(a)(2)(B)(v) and plaintiffs may, at that juncture, seek other or further relief. Application DENIED.
