ORDER: Defendant Lycamobile USA has ceased to participate in this matter despite multiple warnings that the Court may recommend sanctions, including striking Defendant's answer, if Defendant continues to ignore its obligations to this Court. (See Orders dated 4/10/2026, 4/24/2026, 5/12/2026.) As such, along with his previously filed motion for sanctions 81 , Plaintiff may move to strike Defendant's answer and seek an entry of default against Defendant. Plaintiff should file these motions as one "Motion" directed to Judge Reyes by 8/3/2026. Plaintiff must include Plaintiff's calculation of all the damages and fees that Plaintiff is seeking, including those related to his motion for sanctions, in this Motion.
