ADMINISTRATIVE CLOSING OF CIVIL CASES PENDING THREE YEARS; IT IS ORDERED that, when a civil case has been pending for more than three years, where all presently contemplated proceedings have been completed, and there having been no action for more then twelve months, there appears to be no further reason to maintain such action as open for statistical purposes, the Clerk of Court is directed to complete a statistical closing report for the case. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, nothing contained in this Order shall be considered a dismissal or disposition of this matter, and should further proceedings in the case become necessary or desirable, any party may initiate such proceedings in the same manner as if this Order had not been entered.
