Status Conference Order on Motion
MINUTES of Proceedings: Telephonic conference held. The parties were heard on the Motion to Exclude Expert Witnesses, ECF 201 . Discovery is reopened for the limited purpose of completing the outstanding expert witness depositions. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 37(b)(2), the outstanding expert witnesses shall be made available for deposition at plaintiff's cost. Defendant shall determine whether depositions are conducted in person, by telephone, or other means. In light of the depositions, the trial currently set to begin on June 18, 2024 and the pretrial conference currently set for May 30, 2024 are continued. The parties are directed to confer and propose new trial and pretrial conference dates by May 10, 2024. Because the trial is continued to accommodate the outstanding depositions, the Motion to Exclude Expert Witnesses, ECF 201 , is denied as moot. Lin Thunder present as counsel for plaintiff.
