Stipulation and Order of Dismissal
STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED and AGREED by and between the undersigned counsel of record that whereas no party is an infant, incompetent person for whom a committee has been appointed or conservatee and no person not a party has an interest in the subject matter of this action, the above action shall be and the same is hereby discontinued with prejudice and without costs to any party as against any other, resulting in all claims, crossclaims and counterclaims being dismissed with prejudice. This Stipulation may be filed without further notice to either party. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that a facsimile or electronic copy of the signatures below shall be deemed an original for purposes of filing and that this stipulation may be executed in counterparts and that each counterpart shall be deemed an original and, when taken together with other signed counterparts, shall constitute one stipulation which shall be binding and effective as to all parties hereto.
