ORDER: Final approval of the parties' FLSA Collective Action and Rule 23 Class Action Settlement Agreement 95 is GRANTED as outlined in this order. The payment of the Total Settlement Amount of $650,000.00, with payment of the Settlement Shares to be made to the Class Members participating in and bound by the Settlement out of the Net Settlement Amount in accordance with the Settlement. The Court approves the payment of an incentive award to named Plaintiff Francisco Rodriguez in the amount of $15,000.00 to be paid from the Total Settlement Amount. The Court further GRANTS 91 Petition for Approval of Attorneys' Fees and approves the payment of attorneys fees to Class Counsel in the sum of $216,666.67 to be paid from the Total Settlement Amount.
