ELECTRONIC ORDER:
Before the Court is Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion Seeking Leave for Plaintiffs to Serve and File Second Amended Complaint (Doc. No. 126). Plaintiffs filed their Motion before the deadline to do so expired. See Doc. No. 123. Having carefully considered the Motion and the proposed amended complaint, the Court finds justice so requires leave be given. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(1). Therefore, the Court GRANTS the Motion. Plaintiffs may file their Second Amended Complaint, as proposed at Doc. No. 126-1, by July 16, 2026.
